Hariram vs State

This application is preferred by the applicant convict for grant of parole on the ground of repairs of his house at his native village in Andhra Pradesh and also for making financial arrangements towards the same. The applicant convict is convicted for the offences punishable under Section 20(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The application is rejected by the competent authority on account of the negative opinion received.

Considering the above aspect, and since no convincing ground appears for exercise of powers, this application is rejected.
