JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. This application is preferred by the accused-applicant for the offences registered under sections 406, 420, 506 (2) and 114 of the Indian Penal Code against the applicant vide C.R. No.I-193 of 2012 with Naranpura Police Station, Ahmedabad on the ground that the applicant is falsely implicated and no allegation attracting ingredients of offences are revealed. It is also submitted that the applicant is suffering from ailment of kidney and has to undergo dialysis twice in a week and by imposing suitable conditions, he may be granted anticipatory bail.

APP has produced relevant police papers on record which reveals the statement recorded by the police of various persons of attributing the applicant of committing fraud on them and charging huge amount to the tune of Rs.3,00,000/- each for performing some tantrik rituals and it is also submitted that the applicant had induced threats with dire consequences and applying tantrik method on them.
3. Considering the nature of allegations against the applicant who has not only defrauded the complainant but other such four persons whose statements are recorded by the police and further threats were administered to the complainant and other such witnesses of taking away their life by applying tantrik method, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail, as prayed for. No case is made out. The application is rejected accordingly. Rule is discharged.
