Heard learned counsel for the appellants and the learned A.G.A for the State.
The appellants are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. The prayer for bail of husband Ashok has already been rejected. After investigation police has submitted the final report against the appellant and they were summoned u/s 319 Cr.P.C.
Per contra, learned A.G.A opposed the prayer for bail.
The case of appellants is distinguishable from the case of appellant-Ashok, husband of the deceased.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the appellants Hariram and Smt. Ravindra Devi convicted and sentenced in S.T. No. 335 of 2007 (State Vs. Ashok and others) under sections 498-A, 304-B 304-B/34 I.P.C., P.S. Kurawali, district Mainpuri be released on bail on their executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
Realization of fine amount shall remain stayed during the pendency of appeal.
