The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:-
"1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari, quashing the entire election proceeding for 3 tier Panchayat Election 2021 for B.D.C. member of village Budhansi-II (Ward No. 71) Block Dhanipur, Tehsil Kol, District Aligarh.
2) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent authorities to hold the 3 tier Panchayat Election 2021 for B.D.C. member of Village Budhansi-II (Ward No. 71) Block Dhanipur, Tehsil Kol, District Aligarh, afresh within a short stipulated period.
3) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 30.4.2021 (Annexure-3 to the instant writ petition), within a short stipulated period which this Hon'le Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case."
For the grievances raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition, the proper course of action is to file election petition before the Election Tribunal.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
