When orders were passed on 29.11.2018 in three cases under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which were numbered as 00389/2018, 00576/2018 and 0388/2018, the petitioners filed appeals against the orders within the limitation provided by the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. The grievance of the petitioner is that the appeals were not being decided and no orders were also being passed on the stay applications which were filed along with the appeals, and therefore, there was an apprehension that the orders passed in the three cases under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 on 29.11.2018 would be implemented.
It is, therefore, directed that the appeals being Appeal Nos. 3010/2018, 3014/2018 and 3015/2018 would be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
For a period of two months or till the appeals are decided, whichever is earlier, status quo as of today shall be maintained.
The writ petition is disposed of.
