JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Prakash Padia,J.
The selection of the petitioners for the retail outlet has been cancelled for non compliance of the condition as requisite amount was not deposited within time.
Sri Vikas Budhwar, learned counsel for the Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. prays for and is allowed a month's time to file counter affidavit. Two weeks' thereafter is allowed to the learned counsel for the petitioners to file rejoinder affidavit.
List for admission/final disposal after expiry of aforesaid period.
In the meantime, any award of the dealership for the location in question shall be subject to the decision of the writ petition.
