Heard learned counsels for the parties.
By means of this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for expeditious disposal of the application dated 11.11.2005 in Criminal Case No. 2367 of 2004, State v. Rampal and another arising out of Case Crime No. 681 of 2003, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Etah pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etah.
Learned Additional Government Advocate does not have any objection in case direction issued for disposal of the application dated 11.11.2005 before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etah.
In view of the above, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etah is hereby directed to dispose of the aforesaid application within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, the present 482 Cr.P.C. application is hereby disposed of.
