Heard Sri Ram Kumar Sinha, learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondents.
The claim of the petitioner is for grant of Ist Selection Grade (A.C.P.) after completing 10 years of services, 2nd Selection Grade (A.C.P.) after completing 18 years of services and 3rd Selection Grade (A.C.P.) after completing 26 years of services. In this regard, the petitioner has made a representation (Annexure 11) before the respondent no.2, which is pending consideration.
In view of the above, it is directed that the respondent no.2 shall decide the representation of the petitioner by reasoned ans speaking order preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
