The petitioner is seeking direction for expeditious disposal of the proceedings under Section 122-B of the U.P. Zamidari Abolition and Land Reforms Act instituted against the respondent.

The writ petition, under the circumstances, is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition annexing therewith the entire order sheet of the proceedings sought to be expedited.
