In the meantime, the order impugned dated 9th of June, 2010 issued by the District Magistrate, Kheri, whereby the petitioner's financial and administrative power has been seized in exercise of power provided under Section 95(1)(g) of U.P. Panchayat Raj Act shall remain stay till further order of this Court. However, opposite parties would liberty to proceed with the enquiry.
