The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the impugned order dated 05.09.2018 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hathras in Criminal Case No.3387 of 2015 arising out of Case Crime No.315A of 2015, under Sections 323, 504, 506 384 IPC, Police Station-Kotwali Hathras, District-Hathras.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application is not maintainable hence is rejected as such. The applicant may avail the proper remedy as per the scheme of Criminal Procedure Code, if so advised.
Office is directed to return the certified copies to the learned counsel for the applicant within a period of 15 days after having photocopies of the same.
