Antony Dominic, J. Review petition is filed seeking review of the judgment in MA No.750/13. The contention raised is that the Family Court did not separately consider the grounds under Section 12(1)(b) and 12(1)(c) of the Hindu Marriage Act.
2. Reading of the judgment itself shows that both these grounds have been considered by the Family Court and rejected the contentions. Secondly, such a contention was not even raised before this Court when the appeal was heard. It is also seen that against the appellate order of this Court, an SLP was filed and the Supreme Court dismissed the said SLP, which was refused to be reviewed in RP No.1272/14 filed by the petitioner.
C.M.Appln.No.2979 of 2014 & R.P.No.795 of 2014 in Mat.Appeal No.750 of 2013 : 2 :
In view of the above, we find that there is no merit in the review petition. Therefore, C.M.Appln.No.2979/14 and review petition are dismissed.
