The learned counsel for the respondent Bank submits that there are two loans, one availed by the petitioner and the other one by his wife as discernible from Ext.P1 notice. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for permission to withdraw the writ petition without prejudice to the right of the parties to file a proper one after incorporating the pleadings and proceedings in a better manner.

Permission is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
