ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order dated 4- 7-2014 in I.A.No.600 of 2014 in O.S.No.937 of 2008 on the file of the learned I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B. Nagar.
At the hearing, Sri T. Sharath, learned Counsel for respondent No.1 has fairly conceded that the issue raised in this Revision Petition is identical to that in C.R.P.No.1930 of 2014 & batch, dated 11-7-2014 and that the Civil Revision Petition may be allowed.
In view of the above submission, I.A.No.600 of 2014 is allowed. The suit is reopened. The petitioner/defendant No.4 is permitted to adduce evidence.
The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly allowed.
