This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;
(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to supply the Electricity to the Electricity connection of the petitioner bearing connection no. 005497 for running the pumping set situated in village Sadarpur Shahpur Tehsil Nizamabad District Azamgarh, forthwith without any further delay, in the better interest of justice.
(ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents not to charge Electricity charges against the connection referred to above charges from the petitioner till the supply of Electricity extended to the connection.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that the petitioner may be permitted to make a fresh representation before the concerned authority in respect of his grievances with a direction to the concerned authority to decide the same within a stipulated period.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 3,Executive Engineer ventilating his grievances within two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its entire Annexures and, if any such representation is made, the said authority shall make all endeavours to consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation.
