JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ms.Asmita Patel, learned Assistant Government Pleader, may take specific instructions whether any notice was issued to the petitioners and whether he was heard before the passing of the order dated 23.01.2012, by the Assistant Collector. Further, the learned Assistant Government Pleader may also take instructions, whether the Assistant Collector was exercising powers under Section 23 and 29 of the Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act, 1976, while passing the aforementioned order.
