Mr.
Divyesh H. Joshi is present before this Court. He states that he is the son of Mr. Harihar Shantilal Joshi, who has filed this proceeding and has appeared as party in person. He states that his father Mr. Harihar S. Joshi is not well and has sustained six fractures and hence could not appear today. Therefore, Mr. Divyesh Joshi seeks time on behalf of party in person Mr. Harihar Shantilal Joshi.
In view of the fact that statement is made before the Court on behalf of appellant that he is the son of appellant - party in person and appellant has sustained six fractures and is unable to appear in the Court, the request made by Mr. Divyesh Joshi for time is granted. He requests to keep the matter on 17/1/2012. Hence, S. O. to 17/1/2012.
