Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted for grant of benefit of third financial up gradation Grade 4200 in view of the MACP Scheme, the petitioner has made a representation to the opposite party no.4, which is pending since 14.01.2019.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer for the disposal of the petitioner's representation dated 14.01.2019, contained at Annexure No.4 to the petition.
Learned standing counsel has no objection with regard to above prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation raising all his grievances along with a copy of this petition to the respondent no.4 (Senior Divisional Security Commissioner, Railway Protection Force, Northern Railway, Lucknow Division) within a period of ten days from today and the respondent no.4 is directed to decide and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order and communicate the decision thereof to the petitioner.
Writ Petition is, thus, disposed of.
