Learned counsel for the petitioner states that after holding inquiry no irregularity had been found in implementation of MNREGA scheme and as such no direction as prayed for is required to be given in light of the statement given by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
This petition for writ has become infructuous. The same is dismissed accordingly.
