Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondents.
The petitioner has applied for issuance of caste certificate to the respondent No.2, but no action on the aforesaid application has been taken so far.
The above application of the petitioner is pending since 16.04.2018/19.04.2018.
The caste certificate has to be issued to the petitioner in accordance with the provisions of the Government Order dated 28.02.2011.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, we dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the respondent No.2 to consider the application of the petitioner for caste certificate in accordance with the above Government Order, most expeditiously, within a period of three months.
