JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is aggrieved that no proceedings have been taken, despite an enquiry having been ordered by Ext.P7. Ext.P7 is a direction to the Joint Registrar (General), Thrissur to conduct an enquiry into the matters stated in Ext.P7 and file a report. 2. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 4 and 5 contended that the allegations were against the former Secretary and the President, not impleaded in Ext.P6 and Ext.P7 also was without notice to them. In any event, Ext.P7 having not been challenged, definitely the Joint Registrar (General) would have to file a report. But, it is made clear that the same shall be done only after hearing the persons against whom allegations are made. The same shall be done as expeditiously as possible.
The writ petition is disposed of.
