Criminal Misc. Correction Application No. 2 of 2018 Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer clause during the course of the day.
In the second line of third paragraph of the order dated 27.4.2018 in place of Section 2/3, "Section 2/3(1)", be read.
Amendment in the order dated 27.4.2018, in paragraph 3 has been made by the Court today itself.
Accordingly, the correction application is allowed.
