Haribhai vs Vinodbhai

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application is for condonation of delay of 199 days in preferring appeal against the judgment and order passed in M.A.C.P. No.376 of 2008.

Respondent No. 2 is served and Mr.G.C.Majmudar has filed his appearance for the respondent no.3.

Considering the facts and circumstances and in view of the grounds stated in the application for condonation of delay, sufficient cause is made out. Hence, delay deserves to be condoned and therefore, condoned.
