I have heard learned advocate for the parties.
Having regard to the averments made in this application and oral submissions, it appears that the applicant preferred Spl. Leave Petition but it was summarily dismissed on 8/8/2011 by Honourable Supreme Court. Thereafter, the present application is filed to condone delay caused in filing Review Application.
Having regard to the facts of the case, delay is required to be condoned as the applicant has shown sufficient ground to condone delay. No prejudice is likely to be caused to opponents as the judgment sought to be reviewed is in respect of matrimonial dispute between the parties.
Hence, the application is allowed. Delay of 110 days caused in filing Review application is condoned. Rule made absolute with no order as to costs.
