[1] The present Civil Application has been filed for bringing the heirs on record under Order - 22, Rule - 4 of the Civil Procedure Code of the respondent No.1 - Bhikhabhai Becharbhai, who are stated as respondent Nos.1/1, 1/1/1, 1/1/2, 1/1/3, 1/1/4, 1/1/5, 1/2, 1/2/1, 1/2/2, 1/2/3, 1/2/4, 1/2/5, 1/2/6, 1/3 1/4, 1/5, 1/6, 1/7 in the application.
[2] Heard learned AGP Mr.Ronak Raval for the applicants. Though served nobody appears on behalf of the respondents.
[3] Considering the facts stated in the application that the proposed respondents are the heirs of the deceased respondent No.1, the present application for bringing the heirs deserves to be allowed and accordingly, stands allowed. The prayer in terms of paragraph No.6(B) is granted. Learned AGP Mr.Ronak Raval is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title. Rule is made absolute.
