At the request of the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties, so as to explore the possibility of settlement, present Revision Application is taken up for hearing today in the chamber at 5.15 PM and the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties remained present in the Chamber with their respective clients.
In view of positive approach adopted by the respective parties and their advocates, present Revision Application is settled amicably between the parties and it is agreed by the petitioner - husband that the petitioner - husband shall pay a sum of Rs.7,50,000/- to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 towards full and final settlement and permanent alimony for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 and the respondent Nos.2 and 3 have also agreed to accept the same towards full and final CR.RA/423/2011 2/2 ORDER settlement and also agreed to give divorce. The petitioner - husband has also agreed that he shall clear the arrears of maintenance as per the order passed by the learned trial court directing to deduct the maintenance from the salary of the petitioner - husband. It is also agreed between the respective parties that they shall withdraw all the cases filed by them in different courts unconditionally.
At the request of the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties, so as to enable them to procure on record Notarized Consent Terms signed by the respective parties, S.O. to 6/9/2012.
