1. On the matter being taken up, learned A.G.A. submits that he has not received instructions in the present case.
2. Accordingly, put up this case as a fresh case on 26.04.2021 before appropriate Bench.
3. Learned A.G.A. shall ensure that instructions are received by her before 26.04.2021 failing which, the Court shall be constrained to summon the concerned S.P./S.S.P. as well as the Investigating Officer on the next date fixed after 26.04.2021.
4. As the matter has been adjourned only on account of the fact that learned A.G.A. has not received instruction, it is necessary that interest of applicant be also protected. Accordingly, it is provided that the applicant-Harish shall not be arrested in the Case Crime No. 57 of 2021, under Sections 406, 420 I.P.C., Police Station- 58, District- Noida, District-Gautam Budh Nagar giving rise to this application for anticipatory bail till 26.04.2021.
5. Copy of the order be supplied to learned A.G.A. forthwith.
6. Assignment if any stands discharged.
