Learned counsel, Mr.Harsheel Shukla for HL Patel Advocates and learned counsel, Mr.B.K. Damani have jointly stated that main First Appeal No.2291 of 2000 has already been disposed of as the parties have arrived at amicable settlement and, therefore, aforesaid Civil Applications do not survive.

Accordingly, aforesaid Civil Application stand disposed of as having become infructuous.
