Heard learned counsel for applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
This bail application has been filed by the applicant, Hari Singh seeking bail in Case Crime No. 80 of 2018, under Sections 308,504,506 IPC, P.S. Banpur, District Lalitpur.
Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is wholly innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
As per the prosecution own case, the applicant is said to have assaulted the victim Ramesh by Kulhari due to which he suffered serious injury on his head resulting in fracture of parietal and temporal bone.
Keeping in view the serious allegation made against the applicant in the F.I.R. and looking to the seriousness of the injury suffered by the victim, no ground for releasing the applicant on bail is made out.
The bail application is accordingly rejected.
