Heard Sri Nazrul Islam Jafri, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri V. K. Pandey, learned AGA appearing for the State and perused the record.
The present bail application has been filed by the applicant with prayer to enlarged him on bail in Case Crime No.663 of 2015, under Section 304 IPC, Police Station Zarif Nagar, District Budaun.
Sri Sri Nazrul Islam Jafri, learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly informed the Court that the applicant was earlier convicted for an offence under Section 307 IPC and in the said offence he was on bail, while the present crime was committed.
Perusal of record shows that no subsequent development or new ground has been brought on record.
In view of the aforesaid facts, no case for grant of indulgence has been made out by this Court.
Accordingly, the present second bail application is hereby rejected.
