Undisputedly the petitioner was a contract employee whose engagement has been terminated.
Pursuant to the directions issued on an earlier writ petition, the respondents have proceeded to pass the impugned order upholding their decision to terminate his contract with effect from 28 August 2011.
Bearing in mind the recent decision of the Division Bench of the Court in Rajesh Bhardwaj Vs. Union of India And 2 Others Writ A No. 54840 of 2013, the Court finds no ground to interfere with the order impugned.
Writ petition is dismissed.
