Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Limited prayer of the petitioner is that the mutation proceeding pending before respondent no.3, namely, Zonal Officer, Zone-4, Nagar Nigam Kanpur, District Kanpur Nagar be expedited.
Learned counsel representing respondents 2 and 3 has no objection to the prayer made by the petitioner.
In such view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we dispose of this writ petition finally, with a direction to respondent no.3-Zonal Officer, Zone-4, Nagar Nigam Kanpur, District Kanpur Nagar, to decide the mutation proceeding pending before him, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the next date of hearing, provided there is no legal impediment.
Petitioner is obliged to furnish a copy of this order before the authority concerned.
The party shall file a computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self-attested by the petitioner (s) along with a self-attested identify proof of the said person (s) (preferably Aadhar Card).
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
