Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Sambhavi Tiwri, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 and perused the material available on record.
By means of present writ petition, petitioner has sought following relief(s):
"(i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent nos. 2 and 3 to provide the B.Ed. Degree Course to the petitioner in the terms of Sessions 2012-12.
(ii) issue any other order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstance of the case.
(iii) award the cost of the petition."
Ms. Sambhavi Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 has in answer to the prayer made in the petition has to say that the relevant mark-sheet for the relevant year in question shall be issued to the petitioner within a period of three to four weeks and the claim of the petitioner is genuine.
In view of above, no further order need be passed.
It is expected that the authority concerned say respondent nos.2 and 3 as per the statement made by their counsel shall issue the degree for the year as indicated in this petition.
However, it is provided that in case no such degree is issued in the meanwhile as admitted to respondent nos.2 and 3, then the petitioner shall be free to move appropriate application before this Court for seeking appropriate relief/remedy.
With the aforesaid observation, this petition stands disposed of. Cost easy.
