List in the week commencing 11.7.2011. Meanwhile, the petitioner may file rejoinder affidavit. On the date fixed the parties shall be at liberty to make a mention and it is made clear that the writ petition be disposed of finally.

Till the next date of listing, the petitioner may not be evicted from the premises in dispute provided the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2,500/- per month towards damages for the use and occupation of the premises in dispute. The amount will be payable in the first week of every month.
