Petitioner is aggrieved by an order of suspension dated 27.10.2017, which records that petitioner's implication has been found in Case Crime No.1641 of 2017 under Section 392, 323, 506 IPC.
Continuance of suspension is challenged on the ground that petitioner has already been bailed out in the aforesaid criminal case on 22.2.2018. Submission is that neither the disciplinary enquiry is being concluded nor the petitioner's suspension is being revoked.
From the materials produced it appears that petitioner has already been issued a charge sheet, to which petitioner has also submitted his reply. In such circumstance, it would be appropriate to direct the respondent no.3 to ensure conclusion of disciplinary enquiry pending against the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
