Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondent.
By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is seeking a direction to the court below to decide Suit No. 387 of 2017 (Hari and others Vs. Janardan and others, pending in the court of Civil Judge (Jr. Div), Haweli, Azamgarh, in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to Civil Judge (Jr. Div), Haweli, Azamgarh to decide the aforesaid case, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
