JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Ran Vijai Singh,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.G.A.
In the present case. F.I.R. quashing of which has been asked for, has been perused. Same discloses commission of cognizable offence, as such this Court refuses to interfere in the matter. It has also been stated on behalf of the petitioners that genesis of the dispute has been wrongly disclosed. This Court will not enter into the defence of the petitioners, inasmuch as, some incident has taken place disclosing commission of cognizable offence, as such there is no occasion for this Court to intervene in the matter.
However, in case petitioners appear before the court concerned within three weeks from today and apply for bail in the aforesaid case, their prayer for bail shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with the observations made by Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Lal Kamlendra Pratap singh vs. State of U.P., 2009 (2) Crime (4) (SC).
Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
