JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 7
Case :- WRIT - C No. - 8650 of 2019 Petitioner :- Hari Pratap Singh Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Prabhat Chandra Mishra,Ramesh Kumar Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Vikram Bahadur Singh
Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J.
Sri Vikram Bahadur Singh, learned counsel for the B.S.A. has moved a correction application.
The correction application asserts that an illness slip was submitted on behalf of Sri Vikram Bahadur Singh, learned counsel for the B.S.A. Due to some oversight, the illness slip could not be brought to the notice of the Court. The counsel for the B.S.A. could not attend the Court proceedings due to illness.
In light of the above assertion, the first paragraph of the order dated 07.08.2019 is deleted and shall expunge from the record. The corrected order shall be uploaded in its place.
Sri Vikram Bahadur Singh, learned counsel for the B.S.A. contends that earlier writ petitions on the same cause of action, registered as Writ C No. 7957 of 2013, Hari Pratap Singh Vs. State of U.P. and Writ C No. 53417 of 2017, Hari Pratap Singh Vs. State of U.P., were dismissed, hence, the instant writ petition.
The multiple writ petitions on the same cause of action are not maintainable. Hence the instant writ petition being third writ petition on the same cause of action, is not maintainable.
The writ petition is dismissed.
