Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA.
Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 23.08.2021 being Case Crime No.554 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Firozabad South, District- Firozabad and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to aforesaid FIR.
On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA has submitted that in the present matter the Chargesheet No.491 of 2021 has been submitted and as such the reliefs claimed in the writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
