In terms of the order passed by this Court on 22.01.2021, a report has been received from the Special Judge to the extent that compromise has been verified.
Counsel for the parties admitted that compromise has been duly verified.
In view of the said report and the fact that the matter has been compromised, the proceedings against the applicants in Case Crime No. 196 of 2013, under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., PS Phoolpur, District Allahabad, are quashed.
The application is allowed.
