Present petition is filed by the petitioner with the prayer to direct the O.P. No.1, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tahsil Tarabganj, district Gonda to expedite and decide the Partition Suit No.T20170830470-61412 (Hari Prasad Vs. Shiv Prasad and others) under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, pending before him within some stipulated period.
Looking in the facts and circumstances, O.P. No.1 is directed to conclude the proceedings of the aforesaid case pending before him, expeditiously in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. It is made clear that Court below shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment in the aforesaid case including the ground of strike. The parties shall fully cooperate in the case.
With the aforesaid, present petition is disposed of.
