Heard Sri Rajesh Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents.
The limited relief prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that a direction be issued to the Chief revenue Officer, Mandal Allahabad, District Allahabad, respondent no.1 to decide Case No. 4388 of 2015 (Hari Prasad and others vs. Rajesh Kumar and others) within a fixed time frame.
To the aforesaid prayer learned standing counsel has no objection.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.1 to consider and decide Case No. 4388 of 2015 (Hari Prasad and others vs. Rajesh Kumar and others) after hearing the petitioner as well as all stake holders in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
