On 12.03.2021, learned Standing Counsel had placed before the Court the instructions so received and copy of the instructions was served upon the counsel for the petitioner as directed by the Court.
The petitioner has not filed any affidavit to the effect that he is aggrieved by the action of the respondents. It transpires that no cause of action survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed.
However, in case any cause of action survives, the petitioner may file recall application.
