Heard learned Counsel for the appellants as well as learned Counsel for the respondents.
We have also perused the order passed by the learned Single Judge as well as the record. The learned Single Judge has rightly come to the conclusion that the petitioners have failed to make out a case for grant of a writ of mandamus as they have failed to establish their right as employees of the respondent-authority.
We are not inclined to interfere in the order passed by the learned Single Judge.
The Special Appeal is dismissed as above. No costs.
