1. Notice was issued to applicants to engage another counsel vide order dated 22.04.2019. As per Office Report dated 29.07.2019, applicant-1, Hari Pal has already died, therefore, this application stands abated in respect to him. So far as applicant-2 is concerned, none has appeared to press this application though the case has been called in revise.
2. This is an application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. It is an old matter pending since 2004.
3. It appears that by efflux of time either cause of action is no more surviving or for any other reason matter has rendered infructuous and that is why none is present to press this application.
4. Dismissed accordingly.
