The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Restoration Application filed in the Case No.21/13-14 (Maan Singh Vs. Bankey Lal & Ors.) under section 229-B of the U.P.
Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950 pending in the Court of Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Mahavan, District Mathura may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Restoration Application filed in the Case No.21/13-14 (Maan Singh Vs. Bankey Lal & Ors.) be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. If the petitioner moves an application for interim protection, the same shall be decided within a week of its filing.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
