Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Dharmendra Vaish for the respondent Bank.
There is no recovery certificate that has been issued against the petitioner till date.
Therefore, there is no justification to pass any order, especially since counsel for the petitioner states that he is willing to repay the same. Nothing prevents him to pay off his outstanding in the absence of recovery certificate.
The writ petition is dismissed.
