Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the O.P. No. 2 to take action against O.P No. 4 and lodge the FIR.

From the perusal of the record it appears that the petitioner is first informant of the above mentioned case, it is directed that in case he is having any grievance with regard to the fair investigation, the same may be raised by filing application under section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. or by complaint before the court concerned.

With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
