Heard Sri R.K. Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri N.K. Verma, learned A.G.A. and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that suitable direction may be issued to the respondent no. 2 to conduct fair and impartial investigation in relation to F.I.R. dated 21.5.2018 registered as case crime no. 110 of 2018 under sections 147, 452, 323, 504, 392, 427 I.P.C., police station Tharwai, District Allahabad.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the informant of the case. The Investigating Officer is threatening the petitioner to submit the final report in the matter within 24 hours, hence he has come up for fair investigation as he apprehends that the investigation will not be carried out in fair manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter with a hope and trust that the S.P. concerned shall do the needful in the matter.
The petition stands dismissed.
