Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The only prayer addressed on this petition is for the respondents being commanded to produce the O.M.R. Sheet. This prayer cannot be acceded since it is open to the petitioner to obtain the same by invoking the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
Leaving in open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps under the aforesaid Act, this petition shall stand disposed of at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to approach again after obtaining the O.M.R. Sheet.
